Spotlight on Software Roles
We work on some of the biggest and most complex data platforms out there. Many of our customers are going through huge transformation journeys and working with Northrop Grumman gives engineers the opportunity to be a part of this.We take on our customers’ missions and partner with them to create the software capabilities they need focusing on quality and integrity above all else.
Our engineers must be keen to learn new technologies, and we are willing to train them. Whether this is in Cloud (our customers use AWS and Azure), full-stack development, User Experience (UX) approaches, or Continuous Integration & Development (CI/CD) tools. Our DevSecOps Lean-Agile teams need engineers with a range of skills. We have recently created Engineering Disciplines to support and encourage staff development.
