NAVIGATOR Program – The Navigator Program supports our newly hired veterans and matches each one with a volunteer Navigator to help provide direction as they transition from the military to the corporate world.
Operation IMPACT (Injured Military Pursuing Assisted Career Transition) is a unique, award-winning diversity program within Northrop Grumman focused on assisting severely wounded service members as they transition from the military to a private-sector career.
