Building a Strong Safety Culture
A strong safety culture exists at Northrop Grumman, and it has been a central focus for generations. This commitment to workplace safety is apparent and integral in all we do, whether in planning, the designing process or production on the manufacturing floor. Our objective is to protect the well-being of our employees, visitors, contractors, customers and the community.
For more information on our EH&S performance, see our annual Sustainability Report.
June Is National Safety Month at Northrop Grumman
The National Safety Council (NSC) estimates that a worker is injured on the job every seven seconds. These injuries can negatively impact an employee’s quality of life, but they are preventable. To recognize the importance of safety in all we do, Northrop Grumman participates in the National Safety Council’s National Safety Month each June. We welcome the annual celebration of safety as we prioritize the health and safety our workers all year long.
