Partnerships in the Middle East
For many years, the company has partnered with organizations and institutions in Saudi Arabia through a joint venture. This has enabled us to develop an active knowledge transfer program that serves as a model for the transition of capabilities to Saudi military forces. The joint venture is also a great example of local workforce development — more than half of the 1,800 employees are Saudi nationals.
Northrop Grumman has established partnerships with numerous organizations and institutions such as King Saud University (KSU), King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), the UAE Higher Colleges of Technology, and Abu Dhabi Autonomous Systems Investments (ADASI).
